Not a day goes by without my being appreciative of the high quality work done by Javier’s team on the total renovation (interior, exterior) of our home. Javier, moreover, is a design genius; he’s able to intuitively compute the best combination of spatial, aesthetic and functional considerations. He’s an amazing combination of general contractor and design/architectural consultant. We learned to completely trust his ideas, and execution, for the renovation of kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Javier also was extraordinarily helpful and generous in adding on several additional projects on our property ( workshop improvements, front gate, etc.). Regarding pricing, Javier is extremely fair and honest, and, given his combination of expertise in design and construction, an unbelievable bargain.
